Welcome!

This is how to use the programme:

1. The programme is made up of seven themes.
    
2. The themes contain information and ways to manage anxiety caused by crisis situations.
    
3. You can use the skills yourself or teach them to your child.
    
4. You can take your time going through the themes.
    
5. You can return to a previous theme whenever you want.
    
6. It is a good idea to practice the skills presented in each theme.
    
7. Using the skills in everyday life will help you manage anxiety and fears.
